Good nutrition is especially important during pregnancy. This is to ensure you and your baby are receiving enough energy and nutrients to grow and develop.
Eating healthily in pregnancy not only supports your baby’s health but it can help you deal with some common pregnancy symptoms such as heartburn and constipation.

Staying hydrated is essential during pregnancy. Focus on drinking water or other healthy drinks such as herbal teas, milk and fruit juices. You should aid to drink 2 to 2.5 litres per day.
